Later you can cool your heels and quench your thirst with tall tropical drinks served up surfside at Salty’s Beach Bar. This tiki hut-style beach bar offers frosty favorites like our signature “Island Escape,” a delightful blend of banana liqueur, pina colada, midori, light rum and chambord. Daily “Sunset Celebrations” at the bar feature live tropical music.

For fine dining in an atmosphere of casual elegance, nothing beats the exceptional menu and service at the Palm Court Bistro. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the resort’s Grand Palm Colonnade, this hidden jewel offers elegant entrees and decadent desserts that are a feast for the eyes, as well as the palate.
